Customer Service Associate:
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage customers both instore and through our online marketplaces
- Asking open ended questions to ensure customers find the correct product for their needs
- Promptly answering all marketplace inquires
- Handling sales transactions in store
- Sending invoices through our point-of-sale system for remote customers
- Staying current on all promotions throughout the store
- Continually learning product features of new arrivals
Secondary Responsibilities
- Cleaning of sales area
- Assisting inventory team as needed
- Assisting marketing team as needed
- Other duties as needed
Preferred Skills
- Previous work history in sales or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of Facebook marketplace and point of sales systems
- Ability to work within a team.
